Cera-Shibo - for an even broader diversity of design

Cera-Shibo can create virtually 100% true-to-specification designs within an unrivalled short reproduction time. Cera-Shibo can be removed and re-applied at any time - without additional polishing work, wall thickness changes and so on.

This new technology enables high flexibility in tool construction when it comes to material selection (steel qualities on request) and change management (welds, die separations etc. are largely non-critical compared to conventional etching methods). No special surface polishing is required. What`s more Cera-Shibo allows B-surface structuring (e.g. processing of complex rib-reinforcing structures, wall thickness adaptations and many more).
